Mr. Green is an independent, middle of the road confident, less mature and playful/active. He is independent, meaning he will be happy hanging out in the same room with you while playing, chewing on a toy, or relaxing on his own. More independent pups are happier/more content by themselves, both crated or uncrated, and do not intensely crave attention from other dogs or humans. An independent puppy is one that does not cling to people and won’t follow you around to every room, clamoring to be at your side at every moment. He has a nice average confidence level, meaning that while not fearful of new people and things, he may look to his owner for cues before going to investigate new things. For example, you and your pup are walking down the street and encounter another person walking their dog. A confident pup will be more likely to attempt to greet this new dog without input from their owner. Meanwhile, a pup of average confidence would be comfortable encountering this dog but may look to its owner for confirmation of whether to approach. Less mature pups may take a little longer to teach a new command or to focus. They may lose focus more easily and may need shorter training sessions. Even if this score is lower at first, with our training program, our puppies catch up to their littermates and other pups their age. Generally, our pups are already more mature than other pups their age who have not received training.  He is playful, meaning that he will love playing with the family, kids, and/or other pets, and he will love to have “puppy sized” adventures!
