About Euro GoldenDoodles
Euro Goldendoodles is a professional and detailed hobby breeder located in Mount Holly, North Carolina, owned by Genny & Al Hamka.
We have been married since 2007 and have four incredible children ages from 12-21. We have given ourselves wholly to become the most professional breeders in the World.
Genny: “My husband and I decided we would like to make a doggy addition to our home, and went hunting for the perfect dog. For two years we searched, studied and spoke to dozens of breeders. We loved English Creme Golden Retriever and Standard Poodles, we were absolutely torn between the two breeds.
Our Daughter has mild allergies, thus we eliminated the English Golden Retreiver. But to our amazment we finally found the perfect breed… the ENGLISH “TEDDYBEAR” GOLDENDOODLE!!!! This is a hybrid breed of a English Creme Golden Retriever and a Standard Poodle. This was the perfect breed we were searching so long for.
We have been absolutely amazed with the English “Teddy Bear” GoldenDoodle, they are not only the most beautiful, and intelligent dogs we have ever been around but the first generation cross, exhibit hybrid vigour. This is a phenomenon in animal breeding referring to the fact that the first cross between two unrelated purebred lines is healthier and grows better than either parent line!!!! The hybrid cross between these two parent breeds are terrific family dogs, friendly, intelligent, affectionate and easy to train.”

Blue Ribbon members are required to uphold the most stringent health testing for hips, heart, eyes, elbows, patella, as well as an extensive list of disease tests.

Our Distinctives
What sets Euro GoldenDoodles apart?

First of all, our Euro GoldenDoodles have some of the best pedigrees in the world.
All of our Goldens have been imported by only the best European Golden Retriever breeders. If you study our English Creme Goldens and Standard Poodles pedigrees you will see multiple World, International and National Champions.
Also, many of our Stud dogs are International Champions which is very rare in the US. To become successful in the show ring, not only do you need to have the most beautiful Goldens and Standard Poodles they must conform to the Kennel Club standard but also you need a very intelligent and super sweet temperament. When you get past the basic champion, judges look for breeds that our highly trained and shows off the incredible sweet, calm and loving temperament of the breeds.
The parents and parent’s parents have all been hip, elbow, eyes and heart tested. They are expensive but necessary tests to determine if the parents have any health issues that Golden Retrievers and Standard Poodles are prone to have. All of our GoldenDoodles has had their BVA or OFA hip & elbow clearance to breed.
Also each English “Teddy Bear” GoldenDoodle parents has been tested by a canine ophthalmologist yearly to test their eyes (CERF) as well as a canine cardiologist/veterinarian and have an OFA heart clearance. Secondly, we ensure your puppy’s good health.
It starts before your puppy is ever conceived, providing proper diet and exercise to the parents. Throughout the pregnancy, the dam is monitored to ensure she and the puppies are progressing well. In addition to this she is provided with NuVet and exercise. We are there, assisting with every birth during whelping, and take every pain to ensure that each puppy comes through the critical first twenty-four hours in good health.
Each puppy is then taken to the veterinarian for a check-up (along with the dam), and dewclawed. Dewclawing is a simple procedure in which the side claws of the front legs are removed, preventing painful and expensive accidents in the future. Each puppy is carefully monitored throughout their time with us, weaned on the best food on the planet which is TLC puppy food and given NuVet.
By the time each EnglishTeddy Bear Goldendoodle puppy leaves us, your puppy will have had your first vaccination (“puppy shot” The puppy shot is Duramune Max 5 which is the vaccine for coronavirus, parvovirus, distemper, parainfluenza, adenovirus type 2 (and hepatitis) plus four leptos), 4 dewormings, dew claws removed, coccidia treatment with Marquis & microchipping. We give every puppy a final check up from the veterinarian where they are given a fecal, heart, and full body examination. when they pass they are given an official Interstate Health Certificate.

Thirdly, we employ every possible measure to form good emotional health in each English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppy.
We consider each of our dogs a member of the family. We treat the puppies no differently. From day one, the English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppies are in our home, being handled, played with and loved on every single day. Someone is home the majority of the time, making sure the English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodles pups are well cared for, and interacting with them throughout the day.
We are very unique in that we crate-train each puppy and partially potty train every puppy. We also have a very thorough extended training program called Puppy Academy where we offer to train your puppy from 6 weeks to 12 weeks of age. By the time the puppy graduates from Puppy Academy, our pups are potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, stair trained, car trained, extensively socialized and know the foundational commands of “sit,” “stay,” “lay,” “come,” “off,” “no,” and more.
The English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle is one of the most delightful breeds we have ever encountered, but as with any breed, if the puppies are not properly socialized, excessive shyness, submissive urination (wetting when excited or fearful), and more are often the result. Due to the number of puppies produced, owners and operators of kennels and pet stores generally do not have the time to properly socialize the puppies, and as a result, those that purchase puppies from these places often face the challenge of dealing with these emotional issues.

Fourthly, we put the English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppy’s welfare foremost.
We are determined that our English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppies should belong to a family that loves him and is committed to his well-being.
Since we demand so much from ourselves as breeders, we desire that our pups go to only the best homes. Our buyers are not looking for the cheapest English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodles pup they can find. We only approve buyers that are desirous to have a companion for life and are committed to our English TeddyBear Goldendoodle with their time, their money and their love.

Fifthly, we make every effort to make your experience of purchasing an English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppy a smooth and enjoyable process.
Our website was designed to be not only attractive but extremely helpful. We try to answer most of your questions on our FAQ page. We provide each buyer with a Puppy Training Manual. We also provide each buyer with a NuVet starter kit, a toy they have played with, all health records and so much more.
Each buyer will even receive a personalized DVD with dozens of pictures of their individual English “TeddyBear” Goldendoodle puppy growing up. We believe that attention to every detail is important. We are very approachable and are not annoyed with answering even the most basic questions.
